Writing + Editing
I’ve had dozens of stories published in newspapers and magazines. Content-wise, I’ve written emails, web copy, blog posts, and textbooks. And cleaning up rough copy? That’s one of my favorite things.
Design
I may have peaked with an award-winning mosquito drawing in 4th grade, but now my skillset is a bit more versatile. I have years of experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, and I specialize in layout design and art direction for marketing campaigns.
Tech Comm
I completed my Master's in Technical Communication at Boise State University in 2019. My studies focused and sharpened my broad-ranging background through coursework in UX design, web accessibility, publications management, and technical editing.
About Me
I went from a tiny town on the banks of the Yukon River sans electricity and indoor plumbing, to the Lower 48, flush toilets, and my master’s degree. I’ve come a long way (professionally and geographically) and I’ve been honing my writing, editing, and design skills the whole time. Click here for the long version.
